30 Things To Do When You're Having A Bad Day

I have been so tempted to do a list blog post for so long after being inspired by Angela Giakas from thesundaychapter.blogspot.co.uk, who does the best list blog posts!

So today here is one I have made to make a bad day better:

1. Watch a funny YouTube video
2. Treat yourself to a shopping trip
3. Wear cozy clothes and fluffy socks
4. Read your favourite blog
5. Go for a walk
6. Do some yoga
7. Have a pamper evening - bubble bath, face masks, the whole lot!
8. Do some exercise - releases good endorphins
9. Write a To-Do list
10. Achieve everything on your To-Do list
11. Ring your best friend
12. Google "Pugs in Costumes"
13. Make yourself some hot chocolate
14. Watch your favourite movie
15. Read your favourite book
16. Light scented candles

20. Take a break from social media and gossip
21. Play around with your makeup
22. Dress up in your favourite outfit
23. Eat your favourite food
24. See your family
25. Think of at least 10 positive things in your life

Silver Coins // Jewellery

After doing my last jewellery blog post I realised just how much jewellery I owned and thought I'd better start making more posts!

Today includes a style of necklace that is and has been everywhere recently and I definitely had to jump onto the trend, expect this was actually one of my Christmas presents. And this necklace I'm talking about is a "coin" necklace from Shop Seasouth. As this necklace is quite bold I decided to keep everything else simple other than some simple silver earrings, the diamond ones are from a small shop in Bourton-on-the-Water, and the others are from when I got my ears pierced.

I love this necklace as I feel it can really compliment the neckline of some tops perfectly and is such a fantastic statement piece! And then the diamond earrings are so simple I love them too, especially for everyday wear.

Hope you enjoyed this jewellery blog post!
There are plenty more to come.

Urban Decay - Naked 3 Palette Tutorial 2

A more pink themed Urban Decay Naked 3 tutorial today!

I am in love with this look, it is very smoky with a gorgeous pop of pink on the eyelid. This tutorial only uses 4 shades out of the Naked 3 palette and is so so simple and easy to re-create if you like this look!

The key to this eyeshadow look is a lot of blending to make everything very seamless.

The Steps:

  1. First of all I used Dust and Buzz all over the lid, and this creates the pop of pink. I built them up so the colour payoff was very strong.
  2. Next I used Nooner through the crease to deepen up the look.
  3. Finally, using Darkside on the outer V to create that extra smokiness and depth.
  4. BLEND!

And that really is it, I told you it was an easy look to create!!

Would you re-create this eyeshadow look?

West Midlands Safari Park - Spring 2015

On Wednesday the 15th of April I went to the West Midlands Safari Park and it could not have been more perfect! Reaching temperature's of 20º+ and seeing every animal possible it was a fantastic day.

Now there are an awful lot of pictures so I'll keep this short and sweet, but I had an amazing day at the West Midlands Safari Park with my cousin and her boyfriend. And a tip to you all who intend on going around a safari if you can do more then one trip around in your car then be sure to make your last trip at last entry! Its when all the animals are out, it's a bit cooler and they're about to get fed.

My favourite had to be the elephants, I have always loved elephants but the fact they have a baby is too cute! This gorgeous baby elephant, named Sutton, is a fitting tribute to the inspirational Stephen Sutton after losing his battle with cancer in May 2014.
