Hidcote Manor Garden - Spring 2015

The UK is finally having some amazing weather, and I am loving it! This week it could potentially go up to 22ยบ and I certainly hope that happens.

But today I am showing you some gorgeous shots I got at the National Trust Garden - Hidcote. There were so many vibrant colours and I wanted to share a bit of Spring vibes with you, there are a lot of pictures so I'll shush now and let you see the different shades.

Hope you enjoyed looking at these amazing flowers from Hidcote.

Jewellery ft. Buckley London

The jewellery category of my blog is SERIOUSLY LACKING in content, like seriously! El pull your act together.... Therefore when the fantastic team from Buckley London sent me some jewellery pieces I thought I best get updating!

The Buckley London collection of bracelets include many many styles all designed in the UK, and are all made from the highest quality materials (this very obvious, the pieces feel so well made and certainly are the highest of quality.)

I personally was very kindly gifted the "Sparkle Mesh Bracelets" and they are gorgeous. I am all for mixing metals, I know some people really don't like to mix metals but I do, so this set is perfect for me. My absolute favourite has to be the rose gold mesh bracelet. Just like most other people out there I love rose gold so for today's jewellery I decided to use the rose gold throughout my other pieces.

After deciding I wanted to pick out the rose gold from my bracelets I paired them with 2 items, both from Juicy Couture. I went for my gorgeous studded pyramid earrings and arrow ring, both pieces are the exact same rose gold as the beautiful Buckley London bracelet. I also love the charms on the bracelets, but again the rose gold one is my absolute favourite!

P.s. I have recently bought quite a few jewellery pieces so there's going to have to be another of these blog posts SOON! Plus I own too much jewellery anyway, therefore I have no excuse!!

Nails of the Week

Look what I have here, a new "Nails of the Week"!

This time I tried out some fake nails by Elegant Touch, I have tried their fake nails before and loved them and these were no exception. Now it is supposed to be spring here in the UK but as I write this it is absolutely tipping it down with rain, so today we have some navy nails with a twist.

I am all for spicing up your nails and not just having them all be one colour and all the same, so when I saw these accent nails I thought I'd better try them out.

These nails are Elegant Touch's In The Navy Nails and I picked them up from Superdrug for £3.55. These nails actually come with little sticky things to use instead of nail glue, but I always go for Boot's own nail glue as this works incredibly well for me!

These nails are so gorgeous and shiny, plus I love the studded accent nail!

I love these nails, they are such a gorgeous shiny navy colour.

A New Favourite - Chroma Stationery

Now personally I have a bit of an obsession with notebooks, and I always have done! I feel like that's an okay thing to have an obsession with, right?!

Therefore considering my obsession, when Chroma Stationery were doing a gifting on their notebook's how could I not apply! I was not at all expecting to receive such a gorgeous notebook, I honestly love it, the quality is fantastic and the lettering on the front is gorgeous.

A bit of back story of Chroma Stationery: they are a UK based company who wanted to create notebooks of good quality that didn't break the bank. They want their notebooks to be all about colour, as colours can evoke an array of emotions and memories. There is currently a range of 20 colours all dedicated to a different, important person in the team's lives. Personally I applied for the white Ryton Spiral Bound Notebook, within their company the white shade is called Herbie, it represents Gabi, the founder's uncle with down-sydrome who is the happiest and loveliest man. You can get your chosen notebook embossed in gold or silver (I went for gold), and whatever font and size you want, and how you would like the pages set out (I went for lined) for FREE!! And finally you will receive your new notebook gift wrapped, again free of charge, as the company believes everyone should have a gorgeous package to open.

I absolutely adore this concept of naming the colours after someone important and I still cannot get over the quality of my new notebook, and what a fantastic size it is! A perfect carry me around EVERYWHERE book.

I was so excited when I got this product in the post that I did tear up the perfectly wrapped gift, wrapped in white tissue paper and a company red stick but I truly think Chroma Stationery takes presentation very seriously, and that is obvious. Once I had applied to be gifted this amazing product I received an email within minutes, amazing!

Be sure to pick up your own incredible notebook HERE.

Urban Decay - Naked 3 Palette Tutorial 1

Another makeup tutorial for today's post, and this tutorial is part 1 of 2! I have 2 very different looks to share with you, both created with the Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette.

This look, I personally think, defines the eyes beautifully as their is almost a cut crease look about it. I also feel it makes my eyes look much bigger. It is certainly a glamorous look and that's why I wanted to add some liquid liner!

First I applied the shadow "Dust" all over my lid, which was then followed by applying "Factory" through my crease and outer corner. I took the shade "Factory" quite high up so when I applied "Blackheart" you could see the transition. After that I just made sure I blended everything together for a seamless look, and then to open up my eyes I used "Strange" as a inner corner highlight.

Then to finish off I used some mascara and liner.

P.s. please ignore my eyebrows, they look so awful in these pictures but I have sorted them out since!
