Feeling Fancy

"Pearls are always appropriate"

Anyone else remember when we had sun and it was actually warm enough to wear just a camp top out of the house?! No me neither! But here's an old blog post I found and clearly forgot to post from when that weather did exist.

All The Sparkles // Jewellery of the Day

Hi guys and welcome to a brand "Jewellery Of The Day" post! This one, as the title suggests, involves some very sparkly pieces.

Those very sparkly pieces are these Lila Rose Gold and Peach stud earrings. Now I don't know if you have noticed (if you read my blog often) that I have now finally changed my second hole and I think this is a very good debut! Now you can't fully see the extent of the sparkle in these pictures but if you head of to my YouTube video HERE it seriously shows you how amazing they are (plus I'm pretty happy with my editing of this video!)

The next piece of jewellery we have is this gorgeous necklace that was actually from Primark, yeah I know!!! I think I've shown this on my blog before but hey I'm going to show it again.

I love this necklace so much, and for the price of Primark jewellery why would you not buy it!

And finally, I have definitely shown this before BUT it is my knew favourite ring, I love it so much. I have incorporated gold through all of these pieces, and I seriously adore the turquoise stone in this ring. This piece was actually a hand me down from my fantastic grandma, thank you grandma!!

Do you love the look of these pieces as much as I do?!

Feeling Blue // Jewellery

Now I'll tell you whats actually quite tricky, coming up with sort of witty titles for these jewellery blog posts, obviously I'm not really feeling "blue" but was just trying to be a bit clever with the name.

I'm not entirely sure what I have shown out of these 2 jewellery items before but I do just feel they go very well together.

I do believe I have shown this ring before, this ring was the first more precious piece I was gifted, so thank you mum and I still love it just as much as the day I received it! This ring, to me, not only looks like the symbol of the company "Blue Wing Gallery" but also reminds me of a wave, and we all know I have an extreme love of the sea.

Taking to blue from the ring I paired it up with these gorgeous turquoise disc earrings that were from a gallery in Padstow. My grandma very kindly bought them for me and I think they're are a gorgeous set. The striking colour with the silver border just appeals to me, and every time I see them I love them even more!

I have recently started putting different earrings in my second holes now as I have decided they must be healed by now, and I also bought some new earrings to put in them so I can't wait to show you those!

Jewellery // Gold Galore

First of this weather we're having, like what, yes, hello can you last forever please so I can be tanned forever?!?!

And secondly I have a new jewellery (of the day) post for you!

Barring my everyday silver studs we have here some earrings I haven't featured before but have owned for so long! They are from New Look and when I ordered them online I may or may not have thought they were cute little studs...(just a hint, I thought it was the later...) So after a little disappointment that they were not little studs I very quickly got over it and shoved them in my ears.

Then keeping it nice and simple with the rest of my jewellery I have on 2 gold rings to tie in nicely with my giant not-so stud earrings. First is this gorgeous ring that I am slightly in love with, it is a little big and can only be worn on my thumb but I do not care! It is this beautiful ring with a turquoise blue centre handed down to me from my grandma. The blue is one of my favourite colours and I just adore how the ring almost goes in waves around the, I'm going to call it, stone (and as we know I have an obsession with the ocean, you just have to follow me on Pinterest HERE to see, 968 pins of the ocean....)

Then finally finishing it all of with this thin twisted band, which actually as a butterfly on the other side but I like to hide that! I love how the twisted band is simple yet unique and would love to own a real twisted band, that isn't from Primark and doesn't have a butterfly on the other side...

This simple jewellery if not no jewellery is definitely needed in this heat!

Gold // Jewellery

A new jewellery blog post today including only Primark necklaces and New Look rings!

I love New Look and Primark for inexpensive jewellery, they have great designs and if you're looking for something a bit different and not a staple piece then I think they are the places to go!

I was always a girl to love only silver pieces but that has TOTALLY changed recently and I'm starting to wear more gold pieces as I feel it goes well with my skin tone. I also love layering necklaces at the moment (basically because I want to be Meghan Rienk's) and so I actually layered these necklaces from Primark. The shortest and longest necklace came in a pack of 3 with another and the middle necklace was on its own for only £1.50!!

Then the rings I actually bought quite a long time ago from New Look and I'm pretty sure they were a pack of 5 rings, being a mixture of midi and regular rings.

I really love wearing more jewellery in the Summer (not that the weather has been any sort of representation of Spring OR Summer!

Silver Coins // Jewellery

After doing my last jewellery blog post I realised just how much jewellery I owned and thought I'd better start making more posts!

Today includes a style of necklace that is and has been everywhere recently and I definitely had to jump onto the trend, expect this was actually one of my Christmas presents. And this necklace I'm talking about is a "coin" necklace from Shop Seasouth. As this necklace is quite bold I decided to keep everything else simple other than some simple silver earrings, the diamond ones are from a small shop in Bourton-on-the-Water, and the others are from when I got my ears pierced.

I love this necklace as I feel it can really compliment the neckline of some tops perfectly and is such a fantastic statement piece! And then the diamond earrings are so simple I love them too, especially for everyday wear.

Hope you enjoyed this jewellery blog post!
There are plenty more to come.

Jewellery ft. Buckley London

The jewellery category of my blog is SERIOUSLY LACKING in content, like seriously! El pull your act together.... Therefore when the fantastic team from Buckley London sent me some jewellery pieces I thought I best get updating!

The Buckley London collection of bracelets include many many styles all designed in the UK, and are all made from the highest quality materials (this very obvious, the pieces feel so well made and certainly are the highest of quality.)

I personally was very kindly gifted the "Sparkle Mesh Bracelets" and they are gorgeous. I am all for mixing metals, I know some people really don't like to mix metals but I do, so this set is perfect for me. My absolute favourite has to be the rose gold mesh bracelet. Just like most other people out there I love rose gold so for today's jewellery I decided to use the rose gold throughout my other pieces.

After deciding I wanted to pick out the rose gold from my bracelets I paired them with 2 items, both from Juicy Couture. I went for my gorgeous studded pyramid earrings and arrow ring, both pieces are the exact same rose gold as the beautiful Buckley London bracelet. I also love the charms on the bracelets, but again the rose gold one is my absolute favourite!

P.s. I have recently bought quite a few jewellery pieces so there's going to have to be another of these blog posts SOON! Plus I own too much jewellery anyway, therefore I have no excuse!!

Silver and Blue // Jewellery

Recently I have bought a new ring and had 3 new ear piercings so I thought it would be wrong to not blog about jewellery!

This blog is based around silver and blue jewellery, which just makes me think of ice and Winter for some reason! I'm pretty sure it's to do with the colours and NOT the fact my watch is by Ice!

First up is my left ear, so as you can probably tell this is where 2 of my new piercings are. I got my helix and second lobes done at A Fine Tattoo Establishment and they were fantastic, the lady who did mine has now left but she was amazing. Therefore I just have silver studs. I just want to add ALWAYS have your piercings done by a needle and NEVER a gun!

The teardrop earring I have is from a small, independent shop called John Garland-Taylor. I bought these at the very beginning of 2014 and they're still one of my favourite pairs. (His name is linked to his website, but if you happen to live close to Hatton Country World then definitely visit the independent shops.)
Flash.

No Flash.

In my right ear I just have the same earrings, and in between those earrings is a delightful chicken pox scar which I have had forever and I do not appreciate!
Flash.

No Flash. This picture really shows the true colours of the teardrop earring.

Next up is my watch, I love this watch, probably because the face is one of my favourite colours! There's not too much to say about this watch other than it tells the time and works! This in an Ice-Watch and they have so many gorgeous designs, colours and shapes it was tricky to pick just one.
(Clearly didn't wipe off that swatch of eyeshadow properly!)

These rings are my everyday rings, I am not keen on the 2 rings separately, as they're very thin, but together I love them. My mum gave me these as they did not fit her and, between you and me, I'm glad they didn't because I really love them! However, I do not know where they are from I'm afraid.

And last up is these 2 rings. These are certainly not my everyday rings purely because they're so pretty I'd be worried about wearing them all the time. These beautiful silver rings were picked up on trips to Cornwall at a shop in Padstow called Blue Wing Gallery. The crescent moon ring is the newest of the 2 and I fell in love with it straight away. I am fascinated by the moon and think it is so gorgeous therefore this ring was made for me! The ring with the turquoise gem is like the Blue Wing Gallery's logo but also reminds me of a wave, and you may already know I am obsessed with the sea so that means this beautiful piece of jewellery was basically calling my name in the shop!

p.s. I did not realise how pale I am until seeing these pictures!
p.p.s. all the shop links are there, just click on the blue writing and you will be taken to their website.
